Textiles Rumbo
In 2017, Textiles Rumbo—the successor to Manufacturas Textiles Rumbo, which was founded in 1950—became part of Iberoamericana de Hilados y Tejidos (Iberosa).
Through the acquisition of Textiles Rumbo, Iberosa has strengthened its healthcare textile line, as Textiles Rumbo specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of bedding and mattress protection products for hospitals and nursing homes.

Iberoamericana de Hilados y Tejidos (Iberosa) was established nearly 30 years ago by a group of entrepreneurs with over 40 years of experience in the textile sector.
We specialize in the sale of greige and finished fabrics, as well as the manufacturing and distribution of textiles for the hospitality and healthcare industries.
As manufacturers, we produce goods tailored to each client’s specific needs, ranging from special dimensions and finishes to customization options such as prints or embroidered logos.
